(1) After publishing the election results, the Election Officer shall prepare a report containing the following details and submit it to the Chief Election Officer:-(a) Number of voters, (b) Details of candidates, (c) Total votes cast, (d) Void votes. , (e) Votes received by each candidate and party, (f) Details of elected candidates, (g) Details of employees employed in the election, (h) Details of expenses incurred in the election, (j) Other details specified by the Commission. (2) Sub-rule (1) After receiving the report from all constituencies within the district, the Chief Electoral Officer shall prepare a report based on the same and send it to the Commission immediately.
